Wonderful help on a difficult problem.
They stopped my eviction, and they referred me to an attorney that got me a settlement.
They notarize at the Lerdo jail, which was helpful.
$15 a signature? How to they stay in business with such low prices?
Downtown near the courthouse. Low price. Friendly people. I’ve been to them three times, and each time it was a different notary.
I thought I needed to completely redo my trust because we bought a new house. I got a $1,800 estimate from an attorney and a $900 estimate from another paralegal. The Trust Paralegal showed me that I simply needed a new deed. She did everything for $350, including notary fee, taxes, and filing fees.
Enjoyed the massage. I believe her name was Yuki or Yumi.
Made my sore back feel MUCH better.

Use a real registered process server, like Bakersfield Process. I used a friend to serve eviction documents, but the tenant lied and said he never received them. When Bakersfield Process served the documents, the tenant made the same claim, but the court said, “Pursuant to Evidence Code 647… something, something….” and denied the tenant’s claim. Later, I looked up Evidence Code 647:
“The return of a process server registered pursuant to Chapter 16 (commencing with Section 22350) of Division 8 of the Business and Professions Code upon process or notice establishes a presumption, affecting the burden of producing evidence, of the facts stated in the return.”
I think this means that if the server is registered, the court will assume that the service was done correctly.
THANK YOU! I had a terrible time getting a civil suit served on a doctor who lives in a gated community, but Bakersfield Process got it done. I did not know that registered process servers can enter gated communities, just like first responders.
How much is a year of your life worth? $650. We paid Habeas Paralegal $650 and they did paperwork for my cousin that caused him to be released a year early.
If you have a family member serving time for murder, ask Habeas Paralegal about the new felony murder rule. It applied to my fiance, and Habeas Paralegal did the paperwork for him. The court agreed and appointed an attorney for him. The attorney says my fiance may get out in the next four to six months.
Thank you, Consuelo!
Randy was a huge help with my eviction.

I can’t say enough good things about Bakersfield Paralegal. I was really stressed when I went in for my divorce, especially since I had to take the kids with me. I hoped there would be a place for the kids to sit and not hear about the divorce, but my expectations were far exceeded. One of the workers took the kids down the hall to a magic shop and taught the kids magic tricks while I worked on the divorce. The kids were thrilled, and they never figured out why I was at Bakersfield Paralegal. They thought the whole trip was so they could learn magic tricks!
Pleasantly affordable and efficient.
The guy with the big beard helped me with my eviction notices. He was entertaining and knowledgeable. As we were talking, he made balloon animals for the kids. No joke – he helped entertain the kids. I also learned that they have a magic shop and escape rooms for the older kids. But don’t let the entertaining atmosphere fool you – this is the most knowledgeable document firm in town. I even found out that Bakersfield Paralegal authors books for other paralegal firms, and I saw two attorneys come in to consult with the paralegals – the attorneys were asking the paralegals legal questions!
Holy Toledo, Batman! I wish I had avoided those other Jokers and Harly Quinns and gone to Bakersfield Paralegal first. Bakersfield Paralegal really knows what they are doing.
Note: after starting to write this, I learned that the group of people who were all wearing Batman themed shirts are not part of Bakersfield Paralegal. They were waiting for the escape rooms down the hall. However, even a Had Hatter or Catwoman can see that Bakersfield Paralegal is the best.
Letty seems to know everything!

My child was abducted by the other parent and taken to Nevada. I called several attorneys, but they all wanted money just to talk to me. One even asked for $7,500 up front! I called some paralegals, but they seemed lost. Then I called Bakersfield Paralegal. They knew what to do. I got the court orders, went to Nevada, and the sheriff got my child back. Multiple paralegals helped me. I would like to thank them all but I don’t remember all of the names. Thank you Beth. Thank you Glenda. Thank you Victor. Thank you Leti. I’m sorry that I was loud and rude. It was very stressful. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I wanted to evict my tenant because he always pays late. Bakersfield Paralegal told me they would not help with the type of eviction I wanted because it was an improper eviction. I used another eviction service. The court ruled against me because it was an improper eviction. I returned to Bakersfield paralegal. The eviction took almost three months, but I got the tenant out. Now I realize that I should have done it properly the first time. Bakersfield paralegal are experts.

Three questions: 1. How many hats does Victor have? 2. Does Victor always wear a purple shirt? 3. Is there anything Victor does not know?
Answers: 1. MANY. 2. YES. 3. PROBABLY NOT.
Thank you for helping with my legal paperwork again.
A divorce takes at least six months. Don’t blame the paralegal for how long it takes. It is just the law. I wish I knew this when I started the process. I’m glad I hired bakesfield paralegal.
Hiring Bakersfield paralegal was one of the best decisions I have made.
Helped me say good riddance to my ex.
