OMG, I’m totally gonna give Bakersfield Bankruptcy a fivestar review! Liek, they’re, like, so awesome, you know? I mean, I didn’t even kno what bankruptcy was until I went to them, and they totally helped me out.

I leave this review primarily as an appology.

The lady at Bakersfield Eviction (Lily?) politely told me that they could not complete the paperwork I requested, and she tried to refer me to an attorney.  I asked to speak to a manager, but he (Hector?) told me the same thing.  I thought they were just trying to push up the cost, so I went to another document service place who was willing to take my money and do the papers.

I went to court and lost.

I went to another document service.  They also took my money, and I lost again.

I finally did what Bakersfield Eviction told me to do and spoke with an attorney.

The attorney told me I could not personally evict the squatters because of how title to the house was held.  I hired the attorney.  He evicted the squatters.

When I thanked him I mentioned the struggles I had and the path I took before finally hiring him.  He said something like, “I get quite a few cases rejected by Bakersfield Evictio.  They seem to know what they can and cannot do.  When they can do it, they do great.  When they can’t do it, they are honest about it.”
